Autonomous Guard expands Asian presence as regional drone threats accelerate

Autonomous Guard, an Israeli firm specializing in counter-drone and homeland security technologies, has received a significant follow-up order from a security customer in Asia. The deal, valued at approximately $400,000, expands on an initial purchase of similar systems worth $200,000 made just two months earlier. This rapid escalation in business indicates a rapidly developing commercial relationship.

The order includes the Skybeam system, a compact and portable solution for detecting, jamming, and intercepting drone threats in real time. Produced by Skylock Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Autonomous Guard, the system is designed for immediate tactical responses. Delivery of the systems is slated for the fourth quarter of 2026.

Autonomous Guard operates through two main subsidiaries: Skylock, focused on drone detection and neutralization, and BeeSense Sensor Systems, which handles border threat detection across various domains. Both entities serve global military and homeland security clients.

The timing of this order is directly linked to growing concerns about drone activity worldwide, especially in Asia. As geopolitical tensions rise in regions like the South China Sea and the Korean Peninsula, the demand for effective drone detection and interception capabilities has become a top priority for defense and security agencies. Many international defense companies are actively seeking to supply these solutions to regional militaries.
