AXA Mansard Insurance Plc Director Resigns

Melina Cotlar has stepped down from her position as a Non-Executive Director at AXA Mansard Insurance Plc. Her resignation became effective on May 29. Ms. Cotlar had received regulatory approval to join the company's board on April 6, 2023. She was also a member of the Board Technical and Risk Management Committee.

AXA Mansard Insurance Plc announced her departure in a regulatory filing. The company expressed gratitude for her service, stating, "The Board and Management of the Company commend Ms. Melina Cotlar for her positive contribution and service to the growth of the Company during her tenure on the Board."

Ms. Cotlar is an experienced actuarial scientist and risk manager. She began her career in 2004 as a Research Assistant with FIEL. Her professional experience includes over six years at PwC, where she advanced to Manager in the Actuarial & Risk Management Team. At PwC, she managed risk management departments in both Argentina and Israel. Ms. Cotlar studied actuarial science at the University of Buenos Aires and completed a program in Financial Risk Management at the University of Ariel in Israel. She also received management training at the University of San Andres.
