Ayuso's Partner Billed Hospital Group 4.4 Million Euros in Three Years

Alberto González Amador, the partner of Madrid's regional president Isabel Díaz Ayuso, billed the Quirón hospital group a total of 4.4 million euros over a three-year period, according to a new tax authority report. The invoices were issued between 2021 and 2023, coinciding with the early stages of his relationship with Ayuso.

During this period, Amador's company consistently invoiced Quirón an average of nearly 1.5 million euros each year. The report from Spain's tax authority, Hacienda, details the financial transactions between Amador's consulting firm and the prominent private healthcare provider.

The revelations have surfaced amid ongoing scrutiny of public contracts and potential conflicts of interest. The timing of these substantial payments, during the commencement of his high-profile relationship, is likely to attract further attention.
