Despite the technical director role remaining undecided, President Aziz Yıldırım had announced prior to the election his intention to bring two individuals onto the technical staff. According to NTV Spor, these individuals are Volkan Demirel and Dirk Kuyt. Yıldırım reportedly contacted Volkan Demirel, expressing his desire for him to be part of the staff if elected, to which Demirel agreed. Similar outreach was made to Dirk Kuyt, who also indicated his willingness to join.
