Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny is making history with his Super Bowl LX halftime show, which has garnered an unprecedented nine Emmy nominations for the 2026 awards. This marks the most nominations ever received by a Super Bowl halftime performance, solidifying its place in television history.

The electrifying performance captivated an audience of 128.2 million viewers, ranking it as the fourth most-watched halftime show in Super Bowl history. Among its significant accolades, the show is nominated for Outstanding Variety Special (Live), placing it in competition with other major live television events such as the Golden Globe Awards, Grammy Awards, Oscars, and Tony Awards.

Bad Bunny is recognized not only as the lead performer but also as a producer of the event, sharing the nomination with executive producers Jay-Z, Desiree Perez, Jesse Collins, and Noah Asaad, along with the broader creative team.
