Bawumia urges new Dagbon regent to protect legacy of peace and unity

Former Vice President and New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer Mahamudu Bawumia has called on the newly installed Regent of Dagbon, Kampakuya Naa Yakubu, to safeguard the region's long-standing peace and unity. Bawumia emphasized the importance of preserving the legacy established by the late Ya-Na Abukari Mahama II.

During his address, Bawumia paid a heartfelt tribute to the late Ya-Na Abukari Mahama II. He acknowledged the former traditional leader's significant role in fostering peace and unity within the Dagbon traditional area.
