Beitun District in Taichung City, Taiwan, is experiencing a population boom, officially surpassing 318,000 residents in March and solidifying its position as the most populous administrative district in the city. The Ji-che Line Special Zone is emerging as a major magnet for new residents, drawing in 46% of the district's total population growth.

This rapid influx is attributed to the maturing infrastructure and amenities within the Ji-che Line Special Zone, including transportation links, commercial facilities, and residential developments. Several prominent developers, such as Hanyu, Huiyu, Dengyang, and Farglory, have launched significant projects in the area, responding to the increasing demand.

With the upcoming completion of facilities like Costco, the Zongzhan night market, and the Tongfu Shopping Center, coupled with the advantages of the MRT Green Line, the Ji-che Line Special Zone is moving from its early development phase into a mature living area. The proximity to the Unit 12 commercial district and the continuous influx of commercial brands further enhance the living environment and convenience, leading many potential buyers to remain optimistic about the area's future development prospects.
