BIGBANG to Release 20th Anniversary Single 'BiiiG' and Launch World Tour

K-pop titans BIGBANG are set to mark their 20th debut anniversary with the release of a new digital single, 'BiiiG,' on June 19. The announcement, made via YG Entertainment's official blog, was accompanied by a striking poster featuring three beams of light and the silhouettes of the group's members.

The single's title, 'BiiiG,' is a stylized version of the English word 'BIG,' cleverly linking to the group's name and potentially symbolizing the current three-member lineup following earlier iterations. YG Entertainment described the track as "a song that most vividly shows BIGBANG's present as they celebrate their 20th debut anniversary," urging fans to anticipate a "new musical spectrum."

This release signifies a significant return for the group, coming approximately four years and four months after their last digital single, 'Still Life,' in April 2022. 'Still Life' achieved considerable success, topping major domestic and international music charts without any promotional activities and earning an award at the 37th Golden Disc Awards.

BIGBANG, known for hits like 'Lies,' 'Haru Haru,' and 'Fantastic Baby,' has maintained a top-tier status since their debut in 2006. The upcoming single is just the beginning of their anniversary celebrations.

Following the release of 'BiiiG,' the group will launch their "BIGBANG 2026~2027 World Tour XX: Cosmos." The tour is scheduled to kick off on June 21 in Goyang, South Korea, with subsequent performances planned across North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia, encompassing 33 shows in 19 cities. Additional tour locations are expected to be announced later.
