Bishkek City Hall Announces Key Personnel Changes and Investigations

Bishkek City Hall has undergone a series of personnel shifts, with new appointments and internal investigations shaping its leadership. Deputy Mayors Victoria Mozgacheva and Azamat Kadyrov have been relieved of their duties as they move to other positions within the administration.

Filling key roles, Rakhat Musaeva has been appointed as the Acting Deputy Mayor for Social Issues. Concurrently, Muratbek Atay takes on the position of Acting Deputy Mayor responsible for Land Use, Architecture, Construction, and Digitalization. Zhanybek Orozaliev has also been appointed as the Director of the City Hall's Education Department. These appointments were formalized through orders signed by Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev.

In addition to these appointments, Bishkek City Hall has initiated an internal investigation into the activities of Chynara Zhanykeeva and Baktygul Ismailova. Both officials, serving as Deputy Heads for Social Affairs in the Pervomaisky and Leninsky districts respectively, have been suspended from their duties while the investigation proceeds. Further announcements regarding subsequent personnel decisions are expected.
