Bishkek Districts Announce Children's Day Celebrations

Bishkek is gearing up to celebrate International Children's Protection Day with a wide array of events across its districts on June 1. The city's mayor's office announced a schedule packed with activities designed to entertain and engage children and families.

The First May district will host a festive concert at the "Vefa" shopping center in collaboration with "Tumar FM" radio station starting at 3:00 PM. Simultaneously, "Bishkek Park" shopping and entertainment center will feature master classes on bracelet and braid making, face painting, and costumed animators. Later, at 4:00 PM, Narimanov Square will come alive with interactive zones, various workshops, and a fair showcasing folk art and crafts. Discounted attraction prices will be available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with tickets priced at 80 som for children under 14 and 150 som for adults.

In the Sverdlov district, entertainment programs will unfold at GUM and Old Bishkek centers from 2:00 PM. The "Dordoi Plaza" shopping center will host musical and dance performances, table games, animators, and face painting from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the first floor, and within the "Mamalak" children's amusement park from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The Lenin district's celebrations begin on May 31, with a concert featuring Amirchik, DJ sets, and interactive programs at "Asia Mall" from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. On June 1, Fuchik Park will host a concert, sports games, and contests starting at noon. The "Ak-Ordo" residential area will have a sports event for children at 11:00 AM, followed by a festive program in the "Ala-Too" residential area at noon. "Ala-Archa" shopping center will present a family fair and a children's show from noon to 8:00 PM, while "Eurasia" park will offer theatrical performances, concerts, an aqua zone, and an art exhibition from noon to 10:00 PM.

October district's festivities include a children's show at "Tash-Rabat" shopping center and the grand opening of the second phase of Sky Park Baytik family amusement park on June 1. Children registered with the October district's social development department will participate. The D. Asanov Victory Park will host a Color Fest from noon to 6:00 PM, featuring an entertainment show, interactive games, and a mini-concert with Begish. Additionally, "Yntymak-2" park will hold the "All Together" festival from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, with performances, dance flashmobs, contests, and an art exhibition, followed by a performance from D Billions from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
