Bishkek panoramas and Issyk-Kul's red moon: Reader photos and videos

Readers of 24.kg have contributed a collection of striking photographs and videos showcasing the diverse beauty of Kyrgyzstan. The submissions capture moments from various locations, offering a glimpse into the country's natural splendor and local life.

We create the "Moments of Life" section with the help of our authors - readers of 24.kg, who love to travel around Kyrgyzstan, take photos or shoot videos.

Photographs highlight vibrant sunsets in Bishkek and Kar-Balta, with one contributor, Nikolay Manakovsky, capturing a particularly picturesque scene. Iilya Shipulin shared panoramic views of Bishkek from the Chon-Aryk hills, providing a unique perspective of the capital. Emil Zheenbekov's video from the ZIL ski base offers a different angle on the landscape.

Further afield, Asel Isaeva documented a vivid sunset near Kar-Balta, while Sergey Khanov captured an unusual natural phenomenon: a red moon rising over Issyk-Kul lake. The area around Issyk-Kul, specifically Tamchy village, is depicted as deceptively quiet in July, with the anticipation of an influx of tourists escaping the heat.
