Planned outages for electricity, water, and gas are scheduled to occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM in various districts, including Orozbekova Street, the "Tunguch" microdistrict, and sections of Magadanskaya Street and Erkindik Boulevard. Other areas affected include parts of Repina, Kosmicheskaya, Borombaev, Akhunbaev, Baitik Baatyr, and several "zhilmassivs" (housing areas) like "Ak-Orgo" and "Kalys-Ordo."

August 3rd also holds cultural significance. It is celebrated as Watermelon Day, with traditions involving picnics and competitions like spitting watermelon seeds. The day also commemorates the birth and passing of Shatman Sadybakasov, a prominent Kyrgyz writer, playwright, poet, and journalist born in 1932 and who died in 1983. Sadybakasov authored over ten prose collections, a poetry collection, and works in Russian, and served as the chief editor of "Ala-Too" magazine.
