Bishop Advises Husbands: 'Women Like Money, Give Them; They'll Like You'

Bishop Thomas Aremu, formerly a senior pastor and vice president at Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners’ Chapel), has urged men to financially support their wives, emphasizing that providing for their spouses' needs strengthens the marital bond.

Speaking at an event called MLF Day 1, Aremu stated that women value financial support, especially when they are managing the household and raising children. Aremu shared his personal approach when his wife requests money. While he might initially inquire about the purpose, he ultimately provides the funds if she insists. Furthermore, the bishop encouraged men to be attentive to their wives' desires, including aspirations to purchase items like gold. He cautioned against labeling such desires as inherently ungodly, noting that even the streets of heaven are described as being paved with gold, implying that appreciating fine things does not contradict godliness.
