Bluewhale Construction breaks ground for its flagship project- Labadi Beach Apartments

Accra's coastline is set to gain a new landmark with the commencement of construction for the Labadi Beach Apartments, an 18-storey mixed-use development by Bluewhale Construction and Industrial Ltd. The project promises to transform the sought-after Labadi district into a hub for luxury living, investment, and modern urban convenience.

The groundbreaking ceremony, held at the project site near Labadi Beach, was attended by traditional leaders, municipal assembly representatives, government officials, and key stakeholders. Nathaniel Alpha Aidoo, Country Manager of Bluewhale Construction, highlighted the project's significance beyond its physical structure. "Labadi Beach Apartments represents more than a real estate development," he stated. This ambitious development is realized through a strategic partnership involving Bluewhale Construction, China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC), and China Railway Construction Engineering Group (CRCEG). CRCC and CRCEG are not merely contractors but equity partners, underscoring their confidence in the project's long-term viability. Their involvement brings extensive international experience in major infrastructure and real estate projects, ensuring world-class engineering standards and execution.

The Labadi Beach Apartments will offer a range of living options, including studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments from the third to the fifteenth floors. The lower floors will house commercial and retail facilities, including a restaurant, café, pharmacy, and convenience store. Residents will also benefit from dedicated business and concierge services. The building's crown will feature a signature rooftop infinity pool with ocean views, a bar, restaurant, gymnasium, and lounge areas, aiming to provide a comprehensive luxury lifestyle experience.
