Bogdan Benczak, the CEO of PZU, identifies a lack of decisiveness as the primary threat facing the company. He asserts that his career, spanning Polish and international financial groups, has prepared him for this role, and his vision for PZU's development has been confirmed by the supervisory board.

Benczak is focused on executing PZU Group's strategy, enhancing its market standing, solidifying competitive advantages, and speeding up digital transformation. He pointed to the merger with Link4 and the acquisition in Ukraine as significant decisions made under his leadership. He also noted the successful resolution of collective disputes and the adoption of crucial documents with trade unions, which had been pending for 12 years.

Regarding past issues, Benczak stated that PZU has conducted internal proceedings and audits to address suspicions of criminal activity and mismanagement. Based on these findings, the company has reported potential offenses to law enforcement and is cooperating with investigations. Procedural changes and a restructuring of the security department have been implemented to prevent future occurrences. Benczak affirmed that any new suspicions of wrongdoing will be reported.
