Gremi Media SA is the publisher of Rzeczpospolita. As of November 2025, PTWP Group (PTWP S.A.) acquired a majority stake (56.82%) in Gremi Media S.A. Pluralis B.V., an Amsterdam-based investment fund linked to George Soros, holds shares in Gremi Media S.A. and will acquire 23% of PTWP S.A. shares.

Rzeczpospolita is a Polish daily newspaper with conservative traditions and a pro-business editorial stance, often advocating for anti-welfare, anti-state regulation, pro-free trade, and pro-austerity policies. It is considered a newspaper of record for Poland and is among the most frequently cited media sources in the country. While Poland's press freedom faced challenges under the previous government, it has recently improved, with Reporters Without Borders ranking Poland 27th in April 2026.
