Bogor City Wins Top Three Award for Creative Financing

Bogor city has earned a prestigious top-three ranking among regional governments for its innovative approach to creative financing. The award, presented by the Ministry of Home Affairs, acknowledges the city's success in securing development funds beyond traditional local revenue, taxes, and levies.

Mayor Dedie A Rachim accepted the accolade, emphasizing that regional development need not solely rely on internal revenue streams. Bogor actively cultivates alternative funding through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and strategic partnerships. This proactive strategy aims to bridge fiscal gaps and ensure continuous development.

Alongside Surabaya and Semarang, Bogor's achievement underscores its commitment to innovative financing. Rachim stated the award serves as both a source of pride and motivation for the city administration to continue developing novel solutions for development financing. He dedicated the award to the citizens of Bogor, coinciding with the city's 544th anniversary, expressing hope for continued support in realizing an even more advanced Bogor.
