Bolívar dominated The Strongest 4-2 in a fast-paced Bolivian clásico, scoring four goals in a 24-minute burst and controlling the match for most of the game.

Bolívar opened the scoring after three minutes when Erwin Saavedra finished a move involving John García and Lucas Chávez. The Strongest answered almost immediately, with Jaime Arrascaita converting Fabricio Quaglio’s cross in the fourth minute.

A VAR review then identified a handball by Yamil Portillo in the area. Referee Dilio Rodríguez changed his initial free-kick decision to a penalty, and Dorny Romero sent goalkeeper Diego Valdivia the wrong way to restore Bolívar’s lead in the 14th minute. Chávez added a third on the counterattack 10 minutes later.

The Strongest introduced Adrián Estacio and Brazilian debutant Luiz Henrique Pachu after halftime, but Bolívar remained in control. John García led another counterattack in the 51st minute, setting up Carlos Sejas for a long-range fourth goal.

The Strongest created chances late, hitting the post and forcing several saves. Gabriel Soomayor pulled one back in the 87th minute after Carlos Lampe stopped a shot imperfectly. In stoppage time, a handball during Dairon Asprilla’s attack appeared to give The Strongest another claim, but both the referee and VAR allowed play to continue.
