Boston Bar Area Evacuated as Fast-Moving Wildfire Closes Highway 1

Residents in and around Boston Bar, British Columbia, have been ordered to evacuate immediately due to a rapidly spreading wildfire. The evacuation order, issued by the Fraser Valley Regional District, affects the Boston Bar area, the Boston Bar First Nation, North Bend, and Canyon Alpine.
