Emergency services responded to the scene where a 22-year-old man was found with multiple stab wounds. Paramedics provided treatment, but the man later died at Gosford Hospital. Following investigations, police arrested the 15-year-old boy and a 45-year-old woman at a home in Lake Haven early Friday morning.

The woman has been charged with hindering the apprehension of a person who committed a serious offense. Her lawyer, Javid Faiz, stated that she is a mother of two and cares for a child with special needs. He described the incident as tragic and not gang-related, suggesting it "occurred over a hat."
