Boys Rescued After Getting Stuck on TV Tower in East Kazakhstan

Two young boys found themselves in a precarious situation after climbing a television tower in the village of Akzhar, located in the Tarbagatai District of East Kazakhstan.

The children were spotted at a significant height on the tower during a routine preventive patrol by Arkhat Nygmashev, an officer from the Tarbagatai District Emergency Situations Department. Recognizing the immediate danger, authorities were alerted.

A district police inspector, Dias Zhumadilov, from the Tarbagatai District Police Department, arrived at the scene. Officer Nygmashev then ascended the tower and successfully brought the stranded boys down to safety. The Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed that the coordinated efforts of the officers prevented a potential accident.

Following the rescue, emergency services issued a reminder to parents about the critical importance of monitoring their children's whereabouts. They also urged parents to educate their children about the inherent dangers associated with playing in abandoned structures and other hazardous facilities.
