Construction of a brick factory in Kyrgyzstan's Jalal-Abad region has been suspended following the discovery of significant legal violations. The project, located in the Akman rural area of the Bazar-Korgon district, was found to be proceeding without the requisite architectural permits and mandatory state expertise.

Officials from the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control, under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, highlighted that the construction lacked adherence to environmental, technical, and safety standards. They warned that such non-compliance could pose risks to both the environment and public safety.

An official report documenting the violations has also been compiled.
