Brotherly dispute ends in fatal stabbing in Diyarbakır

A domestic dispute tragically escalated into violence in Diyarbakır's Çınar district, resulting in the death of a young man. The incident occurred in the Yeni Mahalle Bahçeşehir Sitesi neighborhood during the evening hours.

According to initial reports, an argument erupted between two brothers for reasons yet to be determined. The altercation rapidly intensified, leading to a physical confrontation involving a knife. During the ensuing struggle, Mehmet Azboy, aged 27, sustained severe injuries.

Emergency services, including health and police teams, were dispatched to the scene following reports of the incident. Despite receiving immediate medical attention and being transported to Diyarbakır Education and Research Hospital, Azboy's condition was critical. Doctors' efforts to save his life were ultimately unsuccessful.

Following Azboy's death, his body was taken to the hospital morgue for an autopsy. Authorities have initiated a manhunt for the suspect, who reportedly fled the scene after the stabbing, in an effort to bring them to justice.
