BSI FLASH 2027 opens registration, offering Rp81 million in prizes and hundreds of millions in scholarships

BSI FLASH 2027 is inviting students across Indonesia to compete for Rp81 million in prizes and hundreds of millions of rupiah in education scholarships.

Organized by Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika, the interschool festival will feature boys’ and girls’ volleyball and boys’ futsal. Registration opened on August 1, while the sports competitions will be held in stages from September 2026 to February 2027.

The schedule begins in Bogor Raya from September 3 to 9, followed by Pontianak from September 30 to October 6 and Jakarta from October 15 to 20. Competitions will then move to Tegal, Tangerang Raya, Bekasi and Kaliabang-Bekasi, with the final regional event scheduled for February 6, 2027.

In boys’ futsal, participants will face a game that demands speed, strategy, communication and the ability to make decisions in a short time.

Ade Kurniawan, director of BSI FLASH, said the format would create a series of competitions rather than a single large event. He said futsal would test speed, strategy, communication and rapid decision-making, while volleyball would depend on coordination, trust and consistency.

The organizers present the event as more than a search for champions. They say it is intended to help students develop sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, creativity and the confidence to show their abilities.
