Bundesliga: Praise, but no points, for impressive newcomers Paderborn

SC Paderborn still has no first win of the season, but its 1-0 home defeat to Freiburg brought rare consolation for a newcomer: praise from the opposition.

Freiburg took the lead through Maximilian Eggestein in the 26th minute. The Europa League finalist then came under heavy pressure at times in the second half, as Paderborn created several chances but failed to convert them.
