Buy UDA property for a chance to win a home and other prizes

Buyers of selected UDA Holdings Berhad properties could win a Residensi Dedaun residence in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Cheras, valued at RM508,000, under the national Bonanza Memenuhi Impian 2026 campaign.

The campaign runs until Dec. 31, 2026, and offers rewards to eligible buyers of UDA residential and commercial properties. UDA chief executive officer Datuk Sri Ahmad Fuaad Kenali said the initiative supports the country’s homeownership goals and the development of inclusive, sustainable communities.

“UDA will continue developing properties that meet the needs of people from various backgrounds,” he said. “Through this campaign, buyers can enjoy special rewards when they purchase UDA residential or commercial properties suited to their needs in locations across the country.”

The campaign covers 21 UDA projects nationwide, including Residensi Dedaun, Residensi 38 Bangsar and Residensi Akasia Raya in the Klang Valley. Participating developments also include projects in Penang, Kedah, Perlis, the east coast, Johor and Kuching, Sarawak.

A Merdeka Draw will offer a Proton e.MAS 5 electric vehicle valued at RM139,780 and five MHflypass Zone 3 travel rewards. A 55th Anniversary Draw planned for November 2026 will offer another Proton e.MAS 5 and five five-gram Habib gold prizes. The main draw, scheduled for April 2027, will award five-gram Habib gold to 10 buyers and a Residensi Dedaun unit to one winner. Buyers must purchase an eligible property during the campaign and meet booking and sale-and-purchase agreement requirements.
