Calgary police charge fourth suspect in Ogden homicide investigation

Calgary police announced the arrest of a fourth suspect in connection with the murder of Feysal Osman Abul-Asiz, who was found dead in the southeast neighbourhood of Ogden in December 2025. The victim, identified as a 32-year-old man with alleged ties to organized crime, was discovered deceased outside his vehicle.

Officers responded to reports of gunfire on Dec. 10, 2025, around 12:30 a.m. A 17-year-old youth was arrested shortly after the incident with the assistance of Tsuut’ina Nation Police Service. Three months later, on March 20, 2026, two additional suspects were arrested by RCMP in Clearwater, British Columbia, while authorities continued their search for a fourth individual.

The final suspect, a 22-year-old man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, was apprehended by police in Edmonton on Tuesday, June 9. All of the accused are now facing charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
