Mexican actress Camila Sodi has revealed she recently underwent a hysterectomy, sharing the news with her followers on Instagram. The actress posted several photos and explained that the procedure, which involves the removal of the uterus or part of it, was performed due to health complications.

"Everything went well. I will be healing and reminding myself of the beauty of life, which sometimes, when one is like this, can lead to dark alleys," Sodi wrote in her post. She assured her fans that she is in a recovery process and is being supported by loved ones.

Sodi extended her gratitude to the medical staff who cared for her, calling them "magic doctors of love" and thanking the nurses for their "sweet" care. She also acknowledged the messages and stories shared by her fans, particularly women who have gone through similar procedures. "Thank you to all of you who sent me messages.
