Car wash employees show how Dibu Martínez's truck looked after getting stuck in the mud

Argentine national team goalkeeper Emiliano "Dibu" Martínez recently visited his hometown of Mar del Plata, taking advantage of his time in the country for a recreational trip in his truck to Sierra de los Padres.

However, the excursion took a muddy turn, requiring Martínez to seek assistance at a car wash in Junín to get his vehicle cleaned. Employees at the car wash were surprised by the visit from the star athlete and captured the moment in a video that quickly went viral on social media.

The video shows Martínez approaching the employees, jokingly asking, "Pa, che, ¿qué habrán lavado los chicos ayer que no pude venir? A ver, ahora les pregunto…" (Dad, hey, what must the boys have washed yesterday that I couldn't come? Let's see, I'll ask them now...). When asked what they washed, one young man replied, "Nothing, a truck came that got stuck and we washed that." Another added, "Yes, we did it quickly and left."

Beyond the humorous exchange, the employees also shared photos taken with Martínez and highlighted his gesture of gifting them an official Albiceleste jersey. The video gained traction not only because a famous footballer visited a local car wash but also due to his casual attire, which made him less recognizable from a distance. He wore a black hat, an official national team jacket, black sports pants, and black sneakers.
