The wedding, which trended online under the hashtag #JP2026, followed the couple's court wedding on July 29, which itself was preceded by their traditional marriage rites in Benin City, Edo State. A significant moment of the celebration occurred when real estate mogul King Ochacho announced a surprise gift: a mansion in Abuja valued at approximately ₦400 million. This generous gesture fulfilled an earlier pledge made by the businessman to support Peller's wedding. Another memorable instance was Pretty Mike's arrival with a large entourage dressed as medical personnel, complete with lab coats, masks, and intravenous drips, adding a unique flair to the event.
