Cepici and partners mobilize to launch Côte d’Ivoire’s women’s investment desk

A workshop in Abidjan has brought together key actors from Côte d’Ivoire’s entrepreneurship and investment ecosystem to advance the launch of the Guichet investir au féminin, or Women’s Investment Desk.

The August 27, 2026, meeting was organized by the Women Investment Club Côte d’Ivoire. It focused on lessons from benchmarking studies conducted as part of the desk’s creation, along with recommendations intended to guide its implementation.

The studies reviewed national and international practices in investment support, business assistance, and the promotion of women’s entrepreneurship. They also examined the relevant legal and regulatory framework.

The workshop marks a further step in the process of making the Guichet investir au féminin operational, with the Centre de promotion des investissements en Côte d’Ivoire and other partners involved in the effort.
