Taiwanese cheerleader group LUVSSI has unveiled their latest single, "Love It or Not," a track that uses an upbeat tempo to explore the complexities of unhealthy romantic entanglements.

Members of the group, known for their energetic performances, shared personal reflections on their past relationships. Yuri, the group's dance lead, confessed to being a "love brain," prone to overthinking and placing her partner at the center of her universe. She stressed the importance of self-love, urging listeners to "remember to love others, but don't forget to love yourself!"
