Chiayi Family Support Center Needs NT$1 Million for Student Aid

With the new school year approaching, the Chiayi Family Support Center in Taiwan is facing a significant challenge: a funding gap of over NT$1 million for student financial aid. The center is urgently seeking community support to ensure that 619 students, ranging from elementary to university level, can begin the upcoming semester without the burden of financial worries.

The center plans to raise a total of NT$2.94 million for student aid. To bridge the current deficit, two charity sales will be held on August 7th and 8th at Show Time Life Chiayi Store and Far Eastern Department Stores Chiayi Store, respectively. These events aim to gather the necessary funds before the start of the academic term, allowing students to focus on their studies.
