Children's Art Exhibition 'Dibuja, Colorea y Ayuda 2026' Tours Peru

Artesco is bringing its national exhibition "Dibuja, Colorea y Ayuda 2026" to four Peruvian cities: Lima, Piura, Huancayo, and Arequipa. The exhibition will feature a curated selection of artworks from over 82,000 children and adolescents, aged 3 to 14, who participated in the "Dibuja, Colorea y Ayuda" drawing and coloring contest.

The theme for this year's contest and exhibition is "Descubramos la pasión peruana por el fútbol" (Let's Discover the Peruvian Passion for Football). Participants channeled their creativity and imagination to express their unique connection to the sport through art, demonstrating how artistic pieces can tell stories, share emotions, and strengthen identity.

This marks the second consecutive year Artesco has organized these free cultural exhibitions for the public. The tour begins in Lima from August 7 to 14 at the Ministry of Culture. It will then travel to Piura on August 14, Huancayo on August 20, and Arequipa on August 27.

In Lima, the exhibition will include a variety of free activities for all ages. Attendees can enjoy artistic workshops, storytelling sessions, freestyle football demonstrations, caricature artists, play-doh workshops, a "Paint Your Ball" activity, and an interactive "Kick the Goal" zone. Artesco aims to blend the art display with educational activities that highlight creativity and imagination.

For six years, "Dibuja, Colorea y Ayuda" has united schoolchildren nationwide with the goal of encouraging them to imagine, create, and express their perspectives without fear. Artesco emphasizes its commitment to providing platforms that nurture imagination, art, and creativity, inspiring new generations and contributing to the country's future.
