Responding to persistent questions, Gago expressed his frustration with the rumors, stating emphatically, "There is no problem. Change the question because there is no problem, there is absolutely nothing of what was said, I assure you." He reiterated his stance, urging against seeking issues where none exist, and declared, "None, there is no problem, let's not look for problems where there are none. That's why I tell you, take the opportunity to ask something else because there is no problem, everything is perfect."

Gago further elaborated on his relationship with Aránguiz, describing it as "very good." He highlighted the value of experienced players like Aránguiz, suggesting that those with extensive football backgrounds understand how to manage situations and can effectively guide younger teammates.
