CHP leader Kılıçdaroğlu to replace provincial chairs in three major cities

A new wave of changes is reportedly brewing within the Republican People's Party (CHP), with leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu allegedly preparing to reshuffle key provincial leadership positions. According to Ali Haydar Fırat, CHP's Communications Coordinator, the party is set to see new leadership in its Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir provincial branches.

Fırat indicated that comprehensive changes are on the agenda for the CHP's organizational structure, particularly highlighting the potential replacement of the provincial chairs in these three major metropolitan areas. "The provincial presidencies of Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir may change. Such a process will likely occur," Fırat stated, suggesting a significant shake-up aimed at revitalizing the party's regional presence.

Beyond the provincial leadership, Fırat also anticipates shifts within the party's parliamentary group management in the Grand National Assembly. Kılıçdaroğlu is expected to appoint new deputy group leaders. The report notes that some previously dismissed deputy group leaders have yet to vacate their offices, underscoring the impending nature of these personnel decisions. Kılıçdaroğlu's stance, as described by Fırat, is to avoid internal conflict within the party.
