Chris Pratt, Katherine Schwarzenegger Relist Mansion for $19.99 Million After Multiple Price Cuts

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are again trying to sell their Pacific Palisades mansion, this time listing it for $19.99 million. This marks the fifth attempt by the couple to offload the luxury property, which they have had on and off the market for three years.

The estate, located in Los Angeles, was purchased by the couple in 2018 for $15.6 million. They subsequently demolished the original house and spent approximately three years constructing a new 13,000-square-foot residence. The home first appeared on the market in July 2023 with an asking price of $32 million.

Property data indicates that the current listing price is more than $12 million lower than their initial asking price. The sales history reveals a pattern of price reductions, relistings, and withdrawals since 2023. After failing to attract a buyer at $32 million, the price was cut to $29.99 million in October 2023, but the listing was soon withdrawn. It reappeared at the original price, only to be withdrawn again within days. Subsequent attempts in June 2024 and August 2025 saw further price adjustments, with the home listed at $24.5 million and then $19.99 million.

One source suggested that the couple planned to pause the sale until after the birth of their third child, Ford, who was born in November 2024, with plans to relist in early 2025. The latest listing highlights the home's custom design and luxury features, stating that "no expense [was] spared" on its construction. The estate includes six bedroom suites, 7.5 bathrooms, and expansive outdoor living spaces with views of the surrounding mountains.
