CIA Chief's Moscow Visit Sparks Speculation on Warnings to Russia

The recent visit of CIA Director William Burns to Moscow has generated considerable speculation about its purpose and implications, particularly concerning Russia's ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Burns arrived in Russia on a military C-17 aircraft, a detail that underscored the high-level and potentially sensitive nature of the discussions.
