Civilians, Including Children, Killed in Russian and Ukrainian Attacks; Russian Warehouse Ablaze

A series of attacks have resulted in civilian casualties, including children, in both Russia and Ukraine, local officials reported. The ongoing conflict has seen intensified strikes on both sides, with reports of Ukrainian strikes targeting Russian military infrastructure and Russian forces attacking residential areas.

In Russia's Krasnodar region, six people, three of them children, were killed by falling drone debris in the coastal town of Arkhipo-Osipovka. The governor stated that civilian infrastructure was targeted. Meanwhile, in Russian-occupied Crimea, three civilians were killed and two injured in overnight attacks on military targets, according to the Moscow-appointed governor.

Ukraine's defense ministry confirmed overnight attacks on multiple Russian military targets, including in Crimea and the Belgorod and Bryansk regions. However, Ukrainian authorities have not yet commented on claims of civilian deaths.

In southern Ukraine, Russian glide bombs struck residential areas in Zaporizhzhia, killing a 71-year-old woman and injuring 31 others, including a 16-year-old girl. The attacks damaged 22 apartment blocks across four districts. Separately, a warehouse belonging to Wildberries, Russia's largest online retailer, caught fire in the Vladimir region following a Ukrainian attack.
