Cold weather with frost and wind expected across Uruguay on Tuesday

The afternoon and evening will maintain variable cloudiness with similar wind conditions. Temperatures will be slightly cooler, ranging from 1°C to 12°C.

The southwest and center-south regions will experience cloudy to overcast skies with periods of cloud cover, agricultural frost, and a low probability of light precipitation. Winds will be stronger, from the southwest and west at 20-40 km/h, with gusts up to 50 km/h in coastal areas. The afternoon and evening will remain cloudy with fog, light rain, and winds of 10-30 km/h, with gusts up to 40 km/h. Temperatures in these areas will range from 0°C to 12°C.

The east and metropolitan area, including Montevideo, will also face cloudy to overcast conditions with periods of cloud cover, windy weather, and light precipitation. Winds will be from the west at 20-40 km/h, with gusts reaching 50-60 km/h along the coast. Temperatures in the east will range from 1°C to 12°C, while Montevideo and its metropolitan area will see temperatures from 0°C to 11°C. Punta del Este will experience cloudy to overcast skies with precipitation and strong winds from the southwest, 30-50 km/h with gusts up to 60 km/h, with temperatures between 7°C and 10°C.
