Colón Shooting Injures Two, Including a Teenager

A shooting in the Las Praderas sector of Buena Vista, Colón, left two individuals wounded, one of them a 14-year-old minor. Preliminary reports indicate that both victims were initially taken to the Nuevo San Juan Polyclinic. Due to the severity of their injuries, they were subsequently transferred to the emergency room of the Manuel Amador Guerrero Hospital, where they remain under medical observation in a reserved condition.

According to police, the victims were walking along a sidewalk when an assailant suddenly emerged from nearby vegetation. Without any apparent provocation, the attacker fired multiple shots before escaping the scene. Law enforcement officers immediately began their investigation in the area.

Authorities have launched a probe to identify and apprehend the perpetrator of this latest violent incident in Colón. The investigation aims to determine the motive behind the attack and ascertain any potential connection between the victims and the aggressor.
