Colonel Le Duc Truong Appointed Deputy Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police

Colonel Le Duc Truong, formerly head of the economic and corruption investigation department for cultural, health, education, and media sectors at the Ministry of Public Security (C03), has been appointed Deputy Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police. The announcement was made at a ceremony on June 19, where Major General Vu Van Dau, Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police, presented the appointment decision from the Minister of Public Security.

Colonel Truong, born in 1974 in Thien Loc, Hanoi, joined the People's Public Security force in 1998. He has held various positions within the Ministry of Public Security, specializing in investigating economic crimes and corruption, particularly in the health, cultural, and media fields. His career reflects a focus on combating corruption and economic offenses.

In his acceptance speech, Colonel Truong expressed his commitment to utilizing his accumulated experience from central-level positions. He vowed to continuously strive for self-improvement and to work collaboratively with the Party Committee, the leadership board, and all officers and soldiers of the provincial police force. His goal is to effectively fulfill assigned duties and contribute to maintaining security and order within Dien Bien province.

This appointment follows another recent personnel change, where Colonel Pham Truong Giang, previously Deputy Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police, was appointed Deputy Director of C03 at the Ministry of Public Security.
