ConectArte 2.0 festival canceled; refunds available

The ConectArte 2.0 festival, slated for August 1 in Vöudevil, has been abruptly canceled due to "force majeure," according to the event's production team. This marks the second postponement for the festival, which had already been rescheduled from June.

The production team expressed deep gratitude to everyone who supported the project, from ticket buyers to those who shared event information. "We want to express our deepest gratitude to each person who trusted this project from day one," the organizers stated in a release. They acknowledged that the "support and trust were fundamental" and expressed regret over the inability to hold the event.

Attendees who purchased tickets are now eligible for a full refund. To initiate the process, they must send an email to devolucionesconectarte@gmail.com by August 1. The email must include the buyer's full name, ID number, number of tickets purchased, bank account number, account alias, and a copy of the purchased tickets.

Organizers emphasized that all provided information must be accurate and match the original purchaser's details to ensure a smooth verification and refund process. Refunds are scheduled to be processed between August 15 and August 20, 2026. Requests submitted after the August 1 deadline will not be accepted, and no further claims will be processed after that date.
