Couple reaches amicable agreement on business amid divorce

Mindaugas Lipnius has announced an unexpected resolution to his divorce proceedings with Simona Lipnė, revealing they have reached a peaceful agreement concerning their jointly developed business, Simitri.

Lipnius shared the news on his Instagram account, stating that agreements were signed on Wednesday. He acknowledged the uncertainty his previous public statements had caused for Simitri's employees, partners, and suppliers. "I want to bring clarity: from today, Simona is withdrawing from Simitri's operations," he announced.

Despite their personal disagreements, Lipnius expressed gratitude for Lipnė's contributions to building the brand. "I want to sincerely thank her for everything related to Simitri's operations and for her contribution. Without Simona, Simitri would not be what it is today," he said. He emphasized that the business's growth was a team effort, involving many dedicated individuals beyond himself and Simona.

Lipnius anticipates that Simitri will undergo changes and believes these developments will elevate the company to a new level.
