CPBL Game Between Wei Chuan Dragons and Tainan Heroes Suspended Due to Rain

The baseball game between the Wei Chuan Dragons and the Tainan Heroes at Tianmu Baseball Stadium was suspended due to inclement weather.

The match, scheduled for 5:05 PM, saw Wei Chuan Dragons' Kang Long face off against Tainan Heroes' Huang Tzu-peng as starting pitchers. The game was halted in the bottom of the fourth inning as heavy rain made play impossible. At the time of suspension, the Wei Chuan Dragons held a slim 1-0 lead.

The Dragons took the lead in the third inning when a series of hits and a throwing error allowed Chu Yu-hsien to score. Their offense threatened again in the fourth inning, loading the bases with two outs. However, the escalating rain forced the umpires to call a temporary halt to the proceedings.
