While his current job in Germany offers a net monthly income of 4,000 to 5,000 euros, with his employer covering travel expenses for his trips home, the constant fieldwork has taken its toll. He is now seeking information about potential salaries and companies in Croatia, particularly in the Slavonia region, that offer similar work in high-altitude installations and related fields.

Some indicated that while decent earnings are possible in Croatia, international positions are considerably more lucrative.
