Da Nang Secretary Demands Swift Resolution of Stalled Projects

Da Nang Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang has ordered a swift and decisive resolution to lingering issues plaguing key development projects across the city. On July 16, Quang led a delegation to inspect several critical sites, including the Golden Hills City ecological urban area and the Da Nang Downtown park and commercial complex.

He stressed that successfully addressing these issues would "unfreeze" significant investment resources, boosting economic growth, creating jobs, and improving urban aesthetics.

Quang acknowledged the efforts of various departments in tackling these challenges. He specifically demanded that remaining legal procedures for Golden Hills City be expedited to allow construction to resume in August as promised. "Once construction restarts, investors must maximize resources to accelerate progress and consider adjusting timelines for eligible components to bring the project into operation sooner," Quang stated.
