A specific program targets language acquisition, offering a four-week German course in Germany for students with a minimum B1 level, scheduled for January and February 2027. The application deadline for this language course is July 31, 2026, while most other research and doctoral program applications close on September 3, 2026. Applicants can also take the onSET German or English language test free of charge, a requirement for several calls.
