She also called on the government to seriously address what she described as persistent rumors targeting her family.

Dahal specifically addressed her role as a supportive daughter, asking if assisting her father, even at personal cost, constitutes a crime. She denied any financial misconduct or abuse of power by herself or her family, past or future. Dahal reminded the public that the family had previously submitted property details to the government and pledged cooperation with any investigation. "We will cooperate with any investigation conducted by the government, and if wrongdoing is proven, we will face the consequences," she stated.
