Danantara Prepares Rp9.79 Trillion in Housing Inventory

Danantara Indonesia, in collaboration with 12 state-owned enterprise (BUMN) developers, is preparing a substantial housing inventory valued at Rp9.79 trillion. This initiative aims to bolster the government's priority program of building three million houses nationwide.

The extensive inventory includes 18,559 housing units sourced from 98 different projects situated across 23 provinces. CEO of Danantara Indonesia, Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, highlighted the expo as a tangible demonstration of support for the presidential program. "This Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is a manifestation of the real support from Danantara Indonesia and the entire BUMN ecosystem for the three million house program, which is a priority program of Mr. President," Roeslani stated at the expo's opening.

Breaking down the inventory, 6,611 units are designated for low-income communities (MBR), while the remaining 9,948 units are for the non-MBR segment. The Danantara Housing Expo also features over 130 private and BUMN developers, offering more than 120,000 property choices categorized into first home, family home, and premium living zones. The price range for these properties spans from approximately Rp120 million to Rp3 billion, catering to diverse market needs.
